At Kawaii Fashion India, we strive to provide high-quality products. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only available for products that are damaged upon arrival.
To be eligible for a refund, you must provide full details and photos of the damaged product within 2 days of receiving the order.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Products that are not damaged
  • Products that have been used or worn
  • Products without original packaging

Process for Refunds

  • Contact our customer service team with your order number, details, and photos of the damaged product.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Cancellations:

We shall not be able to cancel the Order once it is processed.
